Events can have closed envelopes or open envelopes, as arranged by the Event Creator.
The Envelope Opener has the responsibility to open any Closed Envelopes. This person will only be able to view the envelopes in the evaluation tab of the event and print the submission report which consists general event information, list of suppliers, and list of submitted items from the supplier.
i. Click to Open Envelope
ii. This will trigger a pop-up window asking for a Password. This will be the envelope opener's login password.
iii. Click to open the Envelope.
iv. Successfully opened envelopes will trigger a system notification as well as an email to the evaluation owner that a particular envelope has been opened and is ready for evaluation.
v. Envelope Opener can click to download Submission Report which contains general event information, list of suppliers, and list of submitted items from the supplier.
Note that the Evaluation Owner and evaluation team members can access contents of the closed envelopes, only after it has been opened by the Envelope Opener.
