How Do I Edit Evaluators in an Ongoing RFX?

Evaluation Owner can be changed anytime during an ongoing RFx. This helps accommodate changes in timelines, management, and unforeseen personal obstacles or etc. Changes can only be made by the event creator. 

Click Summary Tab > Envelope Tab

Click on edit icon which prompts a pop-up window for editing envelope options.

i. Opening type cannot be edited by event owner. An open envelope cannot be closed as it would be misleading. A closed envelope cannot be opened until the event is CLOSED.

ii. Evaluation owner can be edited by event creator. Selection of new evaluation owner is based on active team members in your company list with evaluation rights. 

iii. Evaluators cannot be added by event creator. This can only be done by the Evaluation owner (lead evaluator). This ensures that responsibility and ownership of evaluation process is carried out independently. 

iv. Envelope opener can be edited by event creator. This is only applies to Closed Envelopes.
