How Do I Attach Documents in Events?

In an RFx or auction event, you can attach supporting documents for your supplier to download and view. It can be helpful to them as reference materials to better understand your project requirements and needs. It can also be a form that they can download and fill out, and then upload in a questionnaire.

i. You can browse and select files to be uploaded.

ii. Enter a description of the file, stating its' intention and purpose.

iii. Click Upload to upload the file into the system.

iv. All files that are uploaded will appear in the document list along with it's description and publish date.

v. You are able to download or delete uploaded files if changes are necessary. 

One other feature that Procurehere has for documents is that it also allows the buyers to choose whether the documents are for internal purposes or for external.

• Internal Documents - Used for purposes such as approvers, when they need to refer to certain documents before giving the event the go ahead.
• External Documents - Used for purposes such as suppliers, when they need to refer to certain documents and then upload it in the questionnaire section of the event they are participating in.

Steps on how to attach documents with specific use cases(internal or external) : 

1. Attach the file from your desktop, following by the file description and then tick on if the file was to be used for internal purposes. Leave it unchecked if the file was to be used for external purposes.
2. Click  to upload the document into the event itself.
