Creating a PR Template allows the Buyer control over the purchasing activities and approval routes of the purchase requisitions within their organization.
Create a PR Template by accessing the Templates > PR Templates on the Administrator Dashboard.
You will have list of all PR templates created and you can then choose to create a new template at the bottom of the page.
PR TEMPLATE
Create a template with a specific name and description.
Template Name |
The name can refer to the usage of the template Example: IT Department Purchases |
Template Description |
Include more details of your template. Example: IT Department purchases that are below RM 10,000.00 |
General Template Information
PR Name |
The name can refer to the nature of the PR. This field can be set as editable or read-only. Example: IT Department Purchases for 30 pieces of 2 meter long LAN cables. |
Requester |
Include the reason for the purchase. This field can be set as editable or read-only. Example: IT Department purchases for installation at all new workstations in Level 12. |
Template Finance Information
Base Currency |
Select the currency for the event. Buyer and supplier will see the PR in a single currency (Procurehere does not do currency conversions). |
Decimals |
Set decimal for monetary amounts based on your needs. Example: 2 decimals – USD 0.01 3 decimals – USD 0.011 4 decimals – USD 0.0111 |
Cost Center |
You can determine the division/department within your company that will be financing the project. |
Business Units |
Business Units are divisions in the company that will be issuing or raising the PR. |
Payment terms |
Display payment terms in text, e.g. payment in 30 days upon invoice date. |
Terms and Conditions |
Terms of payment. Example: 50% Upon Start of Project and 50% upon completion of Project |

Approval Levels |
You can choose one or more approvers. If more that one approver is selected, use can choose "and" or "any". And = Requires both parties to approve Any = Requires only one of the parties to approve. |
