If your administrator account has been locked due to multiple failed attempts in regards to logging into the system, do not worry, we are always here to help, no matter where you are.
A simple indication to know on whether your account has been locked or otherwise is to look at the error message shown when you keyed in the username and password at the Procurehere login page and click on the button.
*Note : Resetting your password won't do the trick this time around, since the account has been locked.
